For a fixed fee from £ 300 ex vat we will
  • Form a Ltd Company If that is the correct legal entity for you. If Ltd company,
    complete all formalities on Directors, shareholding & Registered Office
  • Get your printing done of letterheads, business cards
  • Get you PAYE registered if applicable
  • Get you VAT registered if applicable
  • Introducing you to a Bank & getting account opened

    Senior Accountant : £ 60 ex vat per hour
    Chartered Accountant : £ 200 ex vat per hour
    Partner : £ 400 ex vat an hour
